I bought mine from a local kitchen supply store called Fantes. They sell them from their online store, but if you have the patience you can usually find them in thrift stores or any place that sells kitchenware. The brand I prefer is called Le Parfait Super Canning, but that’s purely an aesthetic choice; any bail jar will work equally well if it has a fresh gasket.
