		<description>I would say the fact the medium is &quot;largely associated with cheap porn and LOLcats&quot; is precisely what enriches the net well beyond its origin in the purview of the governmental and the academic. Not because it is shit, but because the unmitigated goofiness makes the world a weirder and hence richer place. The niches, the cul-de-sacs, the would-only-maybe-make-it-as-a-self-published-coffee-table-book boutique-ism, the just plain nuttiness; these are worth defending.</description>
