Sometimes I read Adbusters. But never buy it. Consumer culture can not be subverted by consumerism.

You know, occasionally I buy Adbusters. And then I forget to read it. So now I don't buy it.

This is absurd. You have empty rallies because talking about "toppling multinational corporations" is a stupid, economically destructive endeavor. The American left has failed to expand passed our own cultural ghetto? What the hell does that even mean? I suppose if you're talking about radical left-wing SDS bs, then yes, your message is a tough sell. But if you're talking about viable 'left' policies like fairer tax structure and increased social welfare programs-look around.
Also, who the hell even reads adbusters and what do 'hipsters' have to do with anything? I think you're just as guilty as the hipsters you lament by using that word in the title of your post only to attract trendy bloggers to your dead end cause.
