The Kook Series: The Urban Dictionary defines the word “kook” as thus:

In a broader sense, the term can be used to describe any individuals with such personality traits, or even anyone who isn’t a local. A few years back, some friends and I enhanced some photos of famous locales with Adobe Photoshop, imagining what it would be like if Saddam Hussein and the Wailing Wall et al expressed the same locals-only attitudes.
